We ‘Put it in Writing’ by way of a professionally prepared contract that includes all specifications. You also require assurance that the construction of your home will be on budget and on schedule with no unpleasant ‘extras and surprises’. You will have that assurance.
Any changes or extras you wish to happen as construction progresses are very clearly defined, including the cost. You will agree to these in writing before they happen.
